The Pragma's team participated in the IV Forum "Gender Equality-Inequality: Rethinking and Seeking Balance", dedicated to issues of female leadership in the profession.

Alyona Shulima, Pragma's partner, also spoke in the second session of the Forum on the topic of "Personal Transformation of Women", where she shared her insights about professional development and career growth, about the obstacles and challenges she had to face on this path, especially under the conditions of a full-scale invasion.
