On Tuesday, September 1, Pragma's partner Alyona Shulima and Pragma's counsel Olena Yaliieva attended an event hosted by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), held jointly with the Council of Europe and dedicated to the anniversary of the Law on Lobbying.
The event covered the first results of applying lobbying legislation and the practical experience of lobbying entities already operating within the new legal framework. There was also a lively discussion on the further development of transparent lobbying in Ukraine.
Alyona Shulima and Olena Yaliieva took part as members of the Council of the GR Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association.
From 2021 to 2025, Alyona Shulima headed the GR Committee of the UBA and, as a member of the working group, contributed significantly to the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On Lobbying.” Olena Yaliieva, as a member of the Committee's Council, actively participated in shaping the Committee's position on the relevant legislation.
For the fifth year in a row, Pragma Consulting Group is a partner of the GR Committee of the UBA and continues to contribute to the development of intelligent lobbying in Ukraine.
