Olena Yaliieva, Pragma's Counsel, participated in a closed meeting with Denys Maslov, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy, organized this week by the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.

The discussion was also attended by Tetiana Prokopchuk, Vice President of AmCham Ukraine, as well as Co-Chairs of the AmCham Legal Policy Committee and representatives of member companies.

The meeting focused on the priority areas of the Committee's work, including:

• Further implementation of judicial reform;
• The path to the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Lobbying" and potential amendments to the law;
• Establishment of the Supreme Administrative Court;
• Enforcement of court decisions;
• Development of a new e-justice system.
