At the beginning of April, Olena Yaliieva, Pragma’s Counsel, delivered a lecture on "Legal Aspects of Lobbying and Advocacy in Ukraine" for representatives of the Uzhhorod branch of the APU Student League.

During the lecture, the following topics were discussed:
‍

• the definitions of key terms established by the Law of Ukraine "On Lobbying," as well as the concept of advocacy;
• the main elements of lobbying regulation provided for by the relevant law;
• other methods of interacting with government authorities and the opportunities available for citizens to engage.
